How do I get Started?

Moving in to your new home at Thorney Bay Village couldn't be easier. You only need a few essentials and then you're ready to go… You need:
- Photo identification, such as a passport or driving licence
- Two week's rent as a deposit
- One week's rent in advance
- A previous landlord's reference (or details of a guarantor)
- An employment reference (or details of a guarantor)

Once those details are sorted, you'll be ready to move in to your new home. All other services are included within the price, excluding gas (available by the bottle) and electricity (payable via card meter).
